With more than a decade of experience in investment sales, commercial leasing, and strategic real estate operations, Jon has built a strong reputation for structuring complex transactions across multiple asset classes, including retail, residential, and industrial properties.
Known for his ability to cultivate long-term client relationships and navigate sophisticated deal structures, Jon has successfully represented institutional landlords such as Regency Centers and has completed transactions with numerous national tenants including Goodwill, Dollar General, Taco Bell, Popeyes, and leading urgent care operators. In addition to investment sales and development transactions, Jon has served as the master broker for Smoke Shack Burgers, Northeast regional broker for Maaco and Meineke, and the exclusive New Jersey broker for several growing retail brands including Pet Supplies Plus, The Suit Store Outlet, Windowrama, Pro Staff Physical Therapy/Twin Boro PT, Coffee Corral, Ottomanelli’s Sporting Arms, Xtreme Energy, and multiple Franworth concepts.
Jon has been regularly cited by NorthJersey.com and has appeared on CNN for his insights on the real estate market. Over the past two decades, he has been actively involved in real estate across the New York metropolitan area and nationally, working with investors, developers, and retailers to identify opportunities and execute strategic growth plans.Outside of his professional career, Jon is an active member of the United States Civil Air Patrol, the official auxiliary of the United States Air Force, where he serves as a Mission Scanner on aircrew and participates in community service and search-and-rescue operations. He is also one of the original organizers of the Navy SEAL Swim across the Hudson River, working alongside Bill Brown and the GI-Go Fund to support veterans. Jon regularly volunteers with organizations such as Jersey Cares, supporting veterans and children’s initiatives.
