Mike Testa started with Jeffery Realty in 2009 from a ten year career on Wall Street in equities and derivatives. Since his start, he has completed over 400 lease/sale transactions with a gross aggregate value over $700 million.
In total, Michael exclusively represents, over 6,000,000 square feet of shopping center space throughout New Jersey, for the likes of Kimco, Urban Edge, Vornado, Site Centers, Macerich, and Invesco. On the tenant representation side he exclusively represents many regional and national accounts, most notably Hobby Lobby, Kirklands, Petsmart, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, Yard House, Capital Grill, Bahama Breeze, Season’s 52, Urban Air, Freshii, Just Salad, BlueStone Lane, Foot Locker, Wine Outlet, and Club Champion.
Michael is a New Jersey Broker/ Associate, ICSC Member, Next Generation Member, Next Generation Committee Member, ICSC Operations Committee Member. Michael has been reconized as
CoStar Power Broker in New Jersey every year since 2014.
