Alan Walker graduated from George Washington University and immediately followed up with a two decade long Wall Street career. Over that time he worked for firms such as Spear, Leeds and Kellogg,
Goldman Sachs, and Charles Schwab & Company. He then merged his Wall Street and business acumen into the world of commercial real estate. The majority of Alan’s work is in the central New Jersey market, with an emphasis on Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex counties. A few of the landlords that he is currently working are Kushner, Milbrook Properties, and Kin Properties. Alan has completed deals with
national, local, and regional tenants, and had consummated both large and small acquisitions, sales, and leases.
Alan is a member in good standing with the International Council of Shopping Centers and is also a member of Site Source, a nationwide retail brokerage network.
